We have selected the finest nuts on the tree to make up our Fancy Mixed Nuts.  We start with our Giant Cashews and add them to California Almonds, Mammoth Pecan Halves, Brazil Nuts and Hazelnuts.  We roast each type separately to bring out its fullest flavor and then seal in the freshness with our classic decanter.
